This Acceptable Use Policy outlines what is and is not permitted when using AI Influencer Studio. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

Permitted Uses

  • Creating original AI influencer characters for social media, advertising, and marketing
  • Generating UGC-style ads, product promos, and brand content for commercial use
  • Cloning your own likeness (with your own photos) for content creation
  • Cloning another person with their explicit written consent
  • Creating content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, paid ads, and ecommerce platforms
  • Using generated content for brand partnerships, affiliate marketing, and digital products

Prohibited Uses

AI Influencer Studio prohibits using the service to generate sexually explicit, pornographic, NSFW, sexually suggestive, violent, hateful, harassing, illegal, deceptive, deepfake, face-swap, or non-consensual likeness content.

  • Impersonation: Creating content that impersonates real individuals (celebrities, public figures, or private persons) without their explicit consent
  • Deepfakes & Face-Swapping: Generating misleading content or swapping facial features to copy or imitate real people without consensus
  • Non-consensual likeness: Uploading or creating likenesses of anyone without documented, explicit consent
  • Minors: Generating any content depicting or involving minors in commercial, sexual, or inappropriate contexts
  • Explicit content: Creating NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or gratuitously violent content
  • Fraud: Using generated content for scams, phishing, or financial fraud
  • Harassment: Creating content intended to harass, bully, or threaten individuals
  • Hate speech: Generating content that promotes hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
  • False claims: Making unsubstantiated medical, financial, or legal claims in generated ad content
  • Illegal activity: Using the Service to facilitate any illegal activity

AI Clone Specific Rules

  • You may only upload photos of yourself or someone who has given you explicit written permission
  • You must not upload photos of celebrities, public figures, or minors
  • You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining proof of consent from any third party whose likeness you clone
  • We reserve the right to request proof of consent at any time

Advertising Content Guidelines

  • Do not make medical claims (e.g., “cures acne”, “treats disease”) unless verified
  • Do not guarantee financial results
  • Disclose that content features an AI-generated character where required by platform policies or local law
  • Follow the advertising guidelines of the platform where you publish (TikTok, Meta, Google, etc.)

Enforcement & Moderation

All prompt-based image and video generation requests are screened before generation. Prompts that are denied or flagged by our moderation systems will not be processed. Users who attempt to bypass content safety rules may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

We use both automated content moderation technologies and manual review to enforce this policy. Violations may result in: content removal, temporary account suspension, permanent account termination, or reporting to law enforcement where appropriate.
