We collect information you provide directly: account information (name, email), payment information (processed by our payment provider), uploaded images (for AI Clone feature), and generated content metadata.

We automatically collect: usage data, device information, IP address, and cookies for analytics and service improvement.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and improve the Service; process payments; generate AI content as requested; communicate with you about your account; ensure platform safety and prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Clone Data

Photos uploaded for AI Clone training are used solely to create your private AI model. Your photos and trained model are never shared with other users, never used to train general models, and are stored securely. You can delete your AI Clone model and all associated training data at any time from your account settings.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare). We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. Generated content is stored in your private account and accessible only to you.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for: authentication (Google, GitHub), payment processing (Creem), content moderation (Creem's Moderation API), AI model inference (for content generation), cloud storage (Cloudflare R2), and analytics (Google Analytics). These services have their own privacy policies.

We use Creem’s Moderation API to screen user prompts before image or video generation. Moderation decisions may be logged for compliance, abuse prevention, and platform safety.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: service providers necessary to operate the platform; law enforcement when required by law; and in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition).

7. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and associated data; export your generated content; opt out of marketing communications; and withdraw consent for AI Clone processing.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated content is retained until you delete it or close your account. AI Clone training data is deleted immediately upon your request or account closure. Payment records are retained as required by tax and financial regulations.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand usage patterns. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

10. Children

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
