1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Influencer Studio (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Influencer Studio is an AI-powered content generation platform that allows users to create virtual AI influencer characters and generate photos, videos, scripts, and advertising materials for commercial use.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating content. Subscription plans provide monthly credit allocations. Unused subscription credits do not roll over. Purchased credit top-ups are valid for 30 days. All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5. Content Ownership and Rights

You retain ownership of content you generate using the Service. AI Influencer Studio grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use all generated content for any lawful commercial or personal purpose. You may not claim that AI-generated characters are real people. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable advertising and disclosure laws.

6. AI Clone Feature

When using the AI Clone feature, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to upload the images provided. You may only upload images of yourself or individuals who have given explicit written consent. Uploading images of celebrities, public figures, minors, or unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to: create content that impersonates real individuals without consent; generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content; generate NSFW, explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content; create deepfakes or face-swaps intended to mislead; produce content involving minors in any commercial or inappropriate context; violate any applicable law or regulation; or circumvent any technical limitations of the Service.

Prompts that are denied or flagged by our moderation systems will not be processed. Users may not attempt to bypass content moderation or generate prohibited content.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI Influencer Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
